We are a group of nature enthusiasts that enjoys all the great outdoors that the Montgomery County, Bucks County, and the surrounding area have to offer. Hiking is our primary activity, but we also enjoy camping, backpacking, kayaking, dog walks and social gatherings. Most of our hiking trips are dog-friendly as long your canine is well behaved and under control. We also do not believe in the lengthy waiver forms and all of the fees that are charged for the other hiking groups in the Philadelphia area.

The Lehigh Valley Barefoot Runners and Hikers Group is for those who are looking for a healthier way to experience the outdoors. Maybe you've read "Born to Run", maybe you've gotten injured running and are looking for a better solution, or maybe you'd like to experience hiking on a whole new level -- whatever your reason, this is the place.
When running barefoot, the body's natural stride is a healthier, more natural way to run, resulting in better running efficiency and fewer injuries. We follow a lot of Daniel Lieberman's work, whose research argues that humans are natural runners, and run best with a "toe-heel-toe" stride and use just the natural sole.
Hiking barefoot is truly rewarding as you "become one" with nature. When we hike barefoot we leave minimal impact on the environment. Instead of kicking things out of our way, we learn to explore all of the sensatory experiences the outdoors have to offer. We tend to hike slower and appreciate nature's beauty along the way. Hiking without shoes truly takes the experience up a few notches.
The barefoot running and hiking community is starting to become a power to be reckoned with thanks to social media websites such as You Tube, Twitter, blogs, Facebook, and others. It's a movement that stands for more than improved running times, or less injuries. It stands for a revolution against the social norms that say you can't take off your shoes. It stands for breaking away from religiously buying the next greatest cushioned sole that never lives up to all the hype. It stands for running for running sake — the way mother nature intended. It stands for freedom of choice as much as anything.

Why Barefoot?
Dating back to ancient times, shoes were rarely if ever worn. Walking barefoot, especially hiking on uneven surfaces causes the muscles to work harder, making them stronger and at the same time reducing body fat. If allowed to develop to their natural thickness, the pads of the feet develop into natural shock absorbers, which (unlike shoes) also protects the back, knee and hip joints. A barefoot lifestyle forces the body into a more erect, better-balanced posture that aligns the skelatal system properly, and takes the pressure off muscles and joints.
Our Mission:
Our group is devoted to inspiring runners and hikers alike to run and walk barefoot for a better, healthier injury free lifestyle. Jaime has been living barefoot for the past 3 years and will be instructing and introducing members to the art of barefoot hiking. Wendy has been an avid barefoot runner for the past 2 years. She will give tips and introduce members to the art and technique of running barefoot. All activities will be done completely barefoot or wearing Vibram Five-Fingers (VFFs) ONLY. No minimalist shoes or sneakers, please.
History:
This club was first organized as the "Lehigh Valley Travel & Outdoors Group" by Natasha Serrano on May 06, 2008. It was the first and only meetup group dedicated to outdoor sports and activities. The group grew in popularity by leaps and bounds.
On July 20, 2009, we became the "Lehigh Valley Great Outdoors Club" and leadership was handed down to "Barefoot" Jaime. With membership at 700, it was the largest outdoor activities groups in the Lehigh Valley area. After 2009, group participation began to wane due to the appearance of countless of other outdoor activities groups based in the area. It was clear that things were moving toward "specialization"
December 01, 2011. We are proud to head in a bold new direction. As the "Lehigh Valley Barefoot Runners & Hikers" we are excited to introduce the Greater Lehigh Valley area and beyond to barefoot hiking and running as well as other adventures.

People seem to find more reasons NOT to try something, then to do it anyway and see what happens. Some even give up before they get started because it's too time consuming or can't collaborate with their friend's schedules. Awesome Adventure Women has taken away the fear, the loneliness, the hassle and the time it takes to know where to go, what to do and even provides the opportunity to make friends so you will never feel alone. We meet to ride road, hybrid, fixed gear, mountain and practically any type of bike in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania including northwestern New Jersey and the surrounding areas. There are various types of rides scheduled throughout the entire year structured for riders of all abilities, plus night rides both on and off road.
We have three League of American Bicyclists (LAB) League Certified Instructors (LCI) leading many of our road rides, so you can be assured of a fun and safe cycling environment when joining us for road rides.
We meet at the noted locations, otherwise we typically start from Cycle Fitters bike shop in Forks Township ( 1700 Sullivan Trail, Easton, PA 18040 - in the Sullivan Trail Shopping Center) for road rides, or meet there to drive to our final destinations. Cycle Fitters is a full retail bicycle shop offering bicycles for the entire family, plus bicycle repairs, and professional bicycle fittings. Cycle Fitters is our primary Meetup group sponsor and we urge all members to take advantage of all the great services that Cycle Fitters offers.

Walking and hiking are two of the simplist activities you can do outdoors year round. They don't require a lot of special expensive gear and they are beneficial to your health and mind. It is a wonderful way to see many different things within the city as well as on the forest trail.
The purpose of the group is to pull outdoor enthusiasts together to share the benefits of walking for the intent of getting exercise. Not only can members gain physical benefits, have an opportunity to socialize with some new faces, relieve some stress and also, guess what?........IT'S FUN !!! The group may on occassion offer an outing not specific to walking, but to attend a show, event, special attraction, or point of interest. On occassion an event may be scheduled for the sole intentions of just socializing over a meal at a restaurant.
Potential members should be those interested in enjoying the outdoors, meeting new faces, and having a good time while getting some exercise. Walks and hikes will be at a moderate or above pace, so those participating should expect such and be capable of keeping up with the group. Those with considerable health issues or health problems aggravated by the act of walking or hiking long distances should not participate. All walks and hikes will have a description of the terrain we will cover and about how much time it will take. Use proper judgement and know your limitations before deciding to attend a particular outing.

I have recently moved here from the Mt Airy (read: Lesbian) section of Philadelphia, where I lived for several years. I started the Mt Airy Lesbian social Club (or, MALSC) in July, 2007. I thought we'd attract 35-50 women for social gatherings. Well, the club has over 500 members to date. (Well, not all "to date" because many are couples or happily single, but you get what I mean!)
My intention is to take that model to this bouncing baby "sister club", The Bucks County Lesbian Social Club (or, BCLSC). Many of our members are already MALSC members, as the word is OUT, that this is one fantastic group of women. The organizers do a great job but will be first to tell you that the members are the lifeblood of the club.
We seek to attract women from Bucks, Montgomery, Mercer, Hunterdon, Lehigh counties and beyond! If you want to connect with this club, just join!
Maturity is a plus for our group! While we say 35+, it is not firm, but we find that we draw 40+, 50+, etc. We are NOT a dating site! Couples are to be respected at all times! If romance blossoms from within the "hive", that's wonderful. Enough said.

Or have a sneaking suspicion that there's more to Life than what we can see, feel, hear, taste and smell? Whether you are religious (each major religion has a mystical core) or not -- no matter what your path, lineage, tradition or religion may be or become -- you've found your meetup home!
This group is not about leading anyone toward any one particular "truth," we just provide opportunities for members to connect, explore, and create community. We only ask you to be respectful of the culture and beliefs of other members, and to try to see the "light" within everyone.
We are always looking for new meetup ideas and people who are willing to organize them. Some of our past meetups included attending a Buddhist Sangha, a Hindu Temple, a Jewish Synagogue, a Vedantic Ashram, Native American ceremony, Tai Chi class, Yoga class. But we have also met at concerts and potlucks. This group is about connecting. Any member can suggest a meetup, and if enough people sign up for it, it will become official. So feel free to suggest more ordinary meetups for members like dinners, gatherings and game-nights.

Low or no cost meetups are encouraged. However, when scheduling events that cost money or ask for donations, please clearly list costs or suggested donation.
There is no charge to join this meetup. We're an established gaming group that gets together on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month to play boardgames, cardgames, miniature games or whatever strikes our fancy.
Our group includes gaming from mainstream board games like Pictionary to high level strategy games such as Puerto Rico, Princes of Florence, etc. There is literally something for everyone.
You do not ever need to be shy around this group... we are there to have fun and enjoy each other's company, definitely not to judge whether you are a great game player or not. An amazing group of folks that showed up right on the first meeting, and everyone clicked immediately.

It is my commitment, as an ordained Buddhist Dharma Teacher, to create heart-centered community with like minded people through the practice of meditation and the gifts of wisdom teachings from Buddhist studies, and many other Spiritual studies that I have learned throughout the years. I am aware that the wisdom of the collective is greater than one, so it is my intention that we gather, practice meditation and learn from each other. The group is open to everyone, beginners and more advanced practitioners, interested in cultivating joy, wisdom and present moment awareness, through mindfulness practice, meditation practice, and sharing( though sharing is not required). We meet every Monday in Bethlehem. This service is offered for free, but donations to the church are very strongly encouraged, as the church kindly offers this space for donations only. Everyone interested in improving their life is invited, whether they are able to give a monetary donation or not. The format is: A short 20 minute sit, 10 minute walking meditation, and another 20 minute sit. A short dharma talk is offered after the meditation practice and then we socialize with tea, fruit and cookies.

We are moving full steam ahead with plans for a Doylestown-based food cooperative. What we envision is a community-owned and managed food market that supports sustainable agriculture and our local farmers, where you'll find delicious, locally produced food and have a say in how it's run.
The focus of the Doylestown Food Co-op is to support our local farmers by providing a direct connection between our farmers/producers and our conscientious consumers. We want to see more local foods on more local plates on a year-round basis.
We will be closing this Meetup group, however, in the next few weeks. But fret not, the Doylestown Food Co-op's plan to become a brick and mortar building are still moving forward. Join this fun and exciting girls' group that allows you to meet new friends and women with similar goals and interests. This group is a great way to try fun activities and socialize with some new girlfriends who are in their 20's and 30's. Join INpiNK and meet us for a day at the spa, or a cup of coffee. Some events will include significant others and/or kids. We couldn't leave the ones we love out totally. Most events will occur on weekends, with an occasional weeknight. Come to as many as you'd like, even all! Our events will take place about every other week to keep things spiced up.

We have 200+ members (on our email list--just started this meetup thing). We play March to December and will play at least 3 games/week by summer and games are scheduled based on weather, thus it changes a little week to week. We play ultra friendly and safe so you don't have to worry about getting hurt. Normal (skilled) games are usually 11v11, but we also have smaller beginner's (or very out-of-shape) games, intermediate, and over-38. We also have soccer lessons if you want to learn new skills or stretegies. We are primarily an over 30 league (women all ages are welcome to play), but we do allow under 30 players to play on a case by case basis based on their ability to play by our league's guidelines.

Our Lehigh Valley group is part of an international group of EcoMoms, but we are completely autonomous in how we hold our meetings, topics, and events. Locally, we are focused on creating a supportive and sustainable parenting community among current, expecting and future mothers. Our activism is primarily non-confrontational. Instead, we directly engage with individuals, businesses, schools, and other community organizations to promote change.
While we hold a wide variety of meetings, ranging from play dates to Moms' Night Out, our most stimulating and inspiring conversations happen over coffee at our monthly Coffee Chat. These monthly evening gatherings usually occur at a local sustainable business or a member's home. Occasionally, we follow an agenda or invite a speaker, but usually our conversation is informal and guided by the concerns of the time. Spring time is a time for discussions on healthful, local eating. The cold weather and closed windows of winter generally bring about discussions of indoor air pollution. At any point, a mother may consider using cloth diapers, and we offer ideas and encouragement. Another mother may be discouraged by the rising cost of organic and healthy food, and we offer support on how to give her family the best choices possible. That is why we gather - to inspire and empower each other to healthfully nourish our families, and as a direct result, minimize our environmental impact and create a sustainable future. In the process, we forge meaningful friendships. Together, we seek to share and gain knowledge, and find and offer support for even the smallest effort and progress.
Women have been instrumental in the environmental movement from the beginning. We are often the primary caregivers, and the health of our children is in our hands. We also control up to 80% of the purchases in our homes, giving us a powerful consumer voice. But the most effective avenue we have for change is by teaching our children, the next generation, to live responsibly and sustainably through example and open-minded discussion. As both role models and a powerful market force, women in the Lehigh Valley are quietly mobilizing to foster an environmentally, socially and economically vibrant and healthy future.
Have you ever been backpacking? Hiking into the backcountry with all your gear on your back can be a fun and liberating experience. I am starting this group to bring local backpackers together, as well as to introduce this activity to those who have never tried it before. Besides backpacking trips, I'd like to plan day hikes, fitness and training events, gear sales, and learning opportunities.
Feel free to suggest events! I'd like the group to take on a life of its own and grow as a community, and it can only do that if its members step up and make it their own. I will often put notes on the calendar, which will let you know about local events that may interest you. These may not always be "official" Meetups at first, but can become official events if interest is shown. On the main page you may click "Suggest a New Meetup" to suggest your own events. The Boring Stuff
"Event Organizer" status will be given to anyone who requests it with one prerequisite: You must have attended at least one of our previous events. "Co-Organizer" or "Assistant Organizer" roles may be granted to reliable Event Organizers, if the size and complexity of the group requires it.
Attendance will be monitored and tracked closely. Please don't RSVP "Yes" unless you actually plan on coming. There is nothing worse than waiting around for someone who isn't going to show up. I understand that things come up and plans change, but please try to remember to change your RSVP in a timely manner.After 3 "No Shows", we may be forced to remove you from the group. Changing your RSVP prior to the event will not count against you as a "No Show". To reiterate, "No Show" means that your RSVP was "Yes", but you did not attend the event.
As with most Meetups, all activities are done at your own risk. I, nor any other member of this group, will not accept responsibility for any injury suffered during any of our events. I will only condone safe behavior, and those putting themselves or others at risk may be asked to leave. There is also a ZERO TOLERANCE policy against harassment. Brunch and Beyond is a group of single adults aged 45 to 60 expanding their friendships with others who are in similar solo circumstances. A chance for you to get out and socialize whether it be brunch, walking, diner, dancing, bowling, live music, movies, theatre, wine tasting, festivals or outdoor events when we get together there is always lively conversation and laughter. We encourage members to become event hosts and share their particular interests with the group.

B&B offers an opportunity for members to make new friends, socialize, and have fun in a safe environment without any pressure. I decided to start this group because I couldn't find one that fit this particular niche. The purpose is for travel minded destination oriented motorcyclists who are interested to get together for rides, both day rides and/or multi-day tours. The group is open to solo riders with motorcycles, couples who ride together or those who enjoy riding as passengers and are interested in teaming up with solo riders.
If you're like me and love riding, talking about bikes, working on bikes and love nature then this group is for you. We will plan day trips, multi-day trips, motorcycle movie nights or whatever else the group comes up with.
Typical trips for this group might inlcude: Bushkill Falls, Frenchtown N.J., Jim Thorpe, New Hope, Peddlers Village, Delaware Water Gap, The Poconos, upstate New York, Skyline Drive or the Blue Ridge Parkway or rides to particular restaurants or events. It would of course be up to the group to suggest destinations but the focus will be scenic rides and good company.
Off-season (if there is one) gatherings could include bike movie nights (World's Fastest Indian, Long Way Round, Long Way Down, On Any Sunday, MotoGP, Isle of Man, etc.), getting together to add "farkles" or work on our rides, anything and everything that involves bikes and riding.
In my travels on the bike I come across others like me, couples or solo riders wearing the "odd clothing" of the serious cyclist. This group was created to get those people together so we can be stared at as a group instead of individually . The best thing about riding for me, other than the freedom and zen like joy it provokes, is meeting and talking with other riders who love it as much as I do. Our mission is to inform our neighbors of the dangers posed to America's National Sovereignty, our right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, our health and overall prosperity and the threat to our personal freedoms all caused by the Federal Government's neglect of the U.S. Constitution.
Using peaceful local activism (documentary movie screenings, book nights, sign waving and door to door campaigns) we will work to educate as many people as possible on the importance of returning the U.S. Government to a stricter adherence to the Constitution.
I am no English laureate, but I will try and describe the club the best I can. This club is filled with outgoing young professionals in around their 20s and 30s who enjoy reading when they can find the time. We would like to get together once a month or every two months, depending on the length of the book chosen to read, on the weekend to discuss the book, socialize, and have a good time. This could mean a low key Friday night at a BYOB sushi bar, a Saturday night at a local Pub, or even a nice brunch at a cozy restaurant on a Sunday. At each meeting members can suggest a book to read for the next get together and they choices will be voted on to see what book will be chosen. Again, this is an energetic group of 20 and 30 somethings that not only enjoy a good book, but also enjoy a good night out. A relaxed well read mind belongs to an efficient productive person. I think this group will help all of our minds stay sharp, yet relaxed, so that we may maximize our full potential as young energetic professionals.

The Lehigh Valley Diaper Circle is for those that are interested about cloth diapers or currently use them and would like to learn more. Consider it a support group for those who want to use re-usable diapers.
There are many benefits to using re-usable diapers: health, environmental impact, cost savings, and even style!
Cloth diapers have evolved since grandma used them. There are modern day reusable diapers that are just as convenient as disposables, and much more adorable.

Government's incremental encroachment into our daily lives, out of control spending coupled with increasing debt are placing burdens on us and future generations. The empowerment, by our Government, of special interest, especially in the name of "Political Correctness and Tolerance", and its ability to filter into everything from our Schools to the news media, has created a boiling point where people are saying ENOUGH!
The once silent citizens, overwhelmed with everyday life, is silent no more, nor alone. Let's join together, in a unified voice, to show our Government that they are our Public Servants. They work for us. Unfortunately the complicity by the Press with the Government will make this task difficult, but definitely not impossible one. It has been done before.
Having an understanding of the Principles that our Founders used to create the Constitution and this Great Republic is a starting point. Advancing the Principles used along with the issues of today, puts history on our side.

Our new open playgroups combine the fun of a dog park with the safety of dog daycare. Dogs can play in our climate controlled facility and run in our fenced play yards.
Dog parents can talk with other dog people while watching their pups play with friends.
There are two separate play areas, so dogs will be divided by size and activity level.

Coworking Lehigh Valley is the meetup for independent professionals in the Lehigh Valley looking to improve their workplace experience. We are building a space in the Allentown Economic Development Corporation's Bridgeworks Enterprise Center on the South Side of Allentown, PA. The space will be around 3,200 square feet with seats for around 40 concurrent coworkers. It will feature reliable wifi, conference rooms, private meeting rooms, mail service, ample parking, print/fax services, and a kitchenette. While we hope to get started with temporary space in the same building by March 31, we should be fully operational in the permanent space by June 2011.
We will host open houses and other events at the space designed to increase awareness of coworking and improve entrepreneurial opportunities.

This club was started to provide moms with a support network of fellow moms who are going through the same things you are. The majority of our members are SAHM's but we do have a few FT/PT and work from home moms. My goal as the organizer is to provide a plethora of exciting opportunities for both you and your little one to get up, get out, and get involved.
The majority of our meet-ups are scheduled during the day but I try to have at least one evening meet-up a week and 1-2 weekend meet-ups a month. I also try hard to notify you of other events I hear about going on in the Lehigh Valley.
Our meet-ups take place in and around the Lehigh Valley. Our members are from Allentown, Bethlehem,Hellertown, Emmaus Coopersberg, Schnecksville, Slatington, Trexlertown& Macungie.
Our calendar is very full, at least 4-6 events a week including some evening and weekends. I try my best to keep things fresh and exciting when planning the calendar. I schedule the kinds of things I wasn't seeing in other groups I was involved in.
Just listing the brief overview of things we do sound general, but it is impossible to be specific until you are viewing our calendar for yourself. We have Mom's night out, Family Nights out, never typical story times, Play dates at members homes, park play dates, arts, crafts, mommy book club, "swaps", "field trips" and so much more. And of course every event is filled with laughter and memories. Since we are a new group this fall we will have our first "moms giving back" drive to help support other moms in the LV who find themselves in a time of need.
I am always open to new ideas and suggestions. After all the members are what keep the group fresh, fun, exciting and moving forward!

1.)You are welcome to check-us out for one month, after which time I ask that you pay a $10.00 membership fee. If that fee is not paid you will be removed from the group. After a month you should get an idea that we are offering what you are looking for as you will be able to see the current month and next month's calendar as well as the previous months.
2.)It is required that you attend at minimum, 1 event every month. My goal is to keep our membership numbers low and this will help ensure everyone stays active in the group. The lower number also seems to help foster closer relationships and friendships among the moms.

Our calendar includes a wide variety of activities, many sure to interest you! These include a monthly Moms Night Out, casual get-togethers, service projects, playgroups, storytimes, and local events! Attendance is not mandatory, so you can be as involved as you like and as your schedule permits.

Dear Students:
I am excited about some local yoga activism and have decided to donate all of Easton Yoga's proceeds from the Community Yoga Classes to The Shanthi Project.
Founded by local yoga teacher Denise Veres, The Shanthi Project is bringing yoga and meditation to at-risk and incarcerated youth and underserved communities in the Lehigh Valley. The project aims to help participants cope with stress and impulse control, leading to improved self-awareness and a greater sense of well-being. Research in these populations is showing that yoga and meditation can lead to mindful, constructive ways to face life's challenges.
This past spring, Denise completed a twice weekly, month long pilot study at Northampton County Juvenile Justice Center, bringing yoga and mindfulness meditation to 11 boys in the treatment program. The encouraging results and some amazing stories about how these teens are embracing the practice led to a long-term program for the boys with co-teacher Michael Lear, and a program in the newly opened girls units, with co-teachers Andrea Pysher and Andree Santini. With the gracious support of several local yoga teachers and studios, The Shanthi Project will also soon be bringing yoga to the Children's Home of Easton, The Easton Boys' and Girls' Club, and a local woman's shelter.
The Shanthi Project greatly appreciates Easton Yoga Community's support and Alicia's generosity. They are also welcoming new and gently used yoga mat donations, since each student is given their own mat that they can keep when they go home. Any donations can be dropped off at Easton Yoga.
So, thank-you for supporting Easton Yoga's Community classes, and know that you're helping to make a difference for this extended yoga community. Just a reminder, the community classes will be at 11am on Saturdays and 5:30 on Sundays, so please come out as often as you can.

A group for those interested in learning and applying the principles of "Multidimensional Dynamics of Consciousness" as found in Jane Roberts' Seth Books.
Each of us is a multidimensional being composed of spirit, body, mind, and emotions. These fundamental elements of human existence always exist as the same time and must all be in positive alignment for happiness to occur.

We are a group of SAHMs, WAHMs and moms who work PT who love getting together during the week to talk about our kids, give and take advice, make friends and have fun.
We participate in many activities ranging from play dates in each others' homes to mom's night out, and everything in between. We're laid back moms who just want some adult conversation, something to do and a chance to make friends.
Our calendar is FULL of amazing activities (sometimes 3/day!). We know it's difficult to attend events when babies need naps, so we offer a nice range of times and locations.
Our members live in Emmaus, Upper Milford, Macungie, Alburtis, Allentown, Southern Lehigh and Salisbury Townships and we tend to hold most of our Meetups in this area.
Please note: As a member of Club Mom, we ask that you host at least 1 activity every 2 months to keep our calendar diverse and to allow everyone to be part of the planning. These hosted activities can either be at your home or at a park where you supply snacks/drinks.
We also require attendance to at least 3 events each month. We keep our group membership low, so we need to ask these two things to make sure everyone remains active. It has proven to bring our members closer to each other!

WHAT: This group's purpose is to enable us to SPEAK in SPANISH. We enjoy the company of our friends, sharing with new-comers and bantering with the supportive staff at Fiesta Olé. We participate in an atmosphere in which we challenge our Spanish language skills while enjoying the relaxed companionship and encouraging environment (dining optional). Here is a little about me and what I do. I'm a Spiritual Medium, Angel Communicator, Traditional Usui Reiki Master Teacher, and a Ordained Non-denominational Metaphysical Minister. I love working with all Angels. I'm an IET - Integrated Energy Therapy Master Instructor. I work with the violet angelic energy ray gifted to us by the nine Healing Angels of the Energy Field, to work directly with your 12 Strand Spiritual DNA. We will also be working with the information provided at my Angelic Empowerment Workshop series. This includes access to the Violet Ray, Merkaba energy, 12 strand DNA Activation, Clearing Karma, Forgiveness Process, Empowered Heart, Atlantean Healing Temple, Future Life Progression, Meeting your Guardian Angels, building a Vision Board with Angelic assistance, plus several other processes.
Learn how to Heartlink to the Angels, build Heartbeams, and connect to the World Angel Grid, and much more. We will be learning about, Auras, Ascended Masters, Arch Angels, and the many other Angelic Beings in existence, as well as exploring some of the workshops offered on my website, such as the Crystal Enlightenment Workshop.
The first 5 meetings will be based on my angelic Empowerment Workshop Series, and will be focused on several consecutive IET processes. These process were originally taught to IET Master Instructors only, by IET originator Steven Thayer, at our IET Master Retreats.
The processes build upon one another and are then imprinted with hand mudras for a quick future automatic activation. I am able to physically and energetically "set the stage" so IET practitioners and non IET persons can participate and benefit from the processes.
Ideally, it is most beneficial to begin with the first process and meeting and follow them through. I do not recommend starting in the middle, but I will leave that up to the individual. However, you are free to stop whenever you wish, if you find that this is not for you. If you are already an IET practitioner, then please speak with me. I also offer these process as private sessions.
We will also be learning many other Metaphysical subjects and explore Quantum Physics.
We'll end our gathering, by joining in a healing circle and participate with a guided meditation and healing prayer for ourselves and the planet.
The meetings and prayers are non-denominational.

The Moms Club of Perkasie is a support group for moms! The Moms Club offers playgroups (with children of similar ages), fun activities during the day, moms nights out, and friendships for stay at home moms and moms who work part time. Moms and children may participate in activities ranging from gym time, to playgrounds in the summer to crafts and story time. How Do I Join?
Before officially joining our Meetup site and paying your annual dues of $20, you can attend one or two of our public events to see if this club is right for you. After attending and if you'd like to join, then we ask for $20 in annual dues and a signed Liability Form, which can be found here on our site.
You must be a resident of Whitehall, Northampton, Catasauqua, Coplay, Schnecksville, Laury's Station, Slatington and other cities in between in order to join. If you are not a resident of that area, please visit www.momsclub.org to find your local chapter or contact us and we will help you.

Who Are Our Members?
Moms of any age and of any age children are welcome to join, but typically we cater to stay-at-home moms who have school-age children and younger, and are available during the day. Fathers and grandparents can also join, but must be approved by a vote of the club. Our club is run by a board, which consists of a President, Vice President, Membership Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. Any member can run for a Board position or volunteer for a Club or Committee Chair position. Many of our members are from outside of the Lehigh Valley and join to make friends, but some are from this area and want to make connections with other local moms.
This group is for singles, who like cats, living anywhere in the

I am a registered nurse and certified lactation consultant. My passion is parenting, nurturing and helping others through their experience during this wonderful time of nursing. There has been a real need for a breastfeeding support group in this area and I hope to encourage moms to come for mother to mother support, tips and encouragement.
